The SI Officer will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of the ACE-4 Activity Monitoring Evaluation and Learning (AMEL) framework at assigned health facilities. This officer is responsible for ensuring the accurate use of project-specific and national data collection tools to monitor activities outputs and progress toward anticipated results.
The role extends beyond standard M&E to emphasize adaptive learning focusing on documenting analyzing and using evidence for continuous improvement and decision-making. This includes supporting the Learning Agenda organizing learning platforms and preparing quarterly and annual reports on project progress to the SI State Team Lead /Strategic Information Sn. SI officer.
