WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Experience in web editing content management systems or website production is required
Eye for design layout and usability
Understanding of SEO best practices
Flexibility and enthusiasm to pitch in wherever needed

Must-Have

25 years experience in ecommerce content SEO or digital marketing.
Hands-on experience with Magento (preferably Magento 2); familiarity with Hyvä is a big plus.
Strong on-page SEO skills and working knowledge of technical SEO basics.
Comfortable with HTML for editing and troubleshooting content/layout issues.
Solid understanding of ecommerce UX (navigation filters search product pages checkout basics).
Proficiency with Photoshop for web image editing.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (lookups pivot tables basic analysis).
Experience using AI tools (Claude OpenAI/ChatGPT etc.) in a professional setting.
Experience with a media/DAM platform ideally Cloudinary or willingness to learn quickly.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving iterative environment.

Nice-to-Have

Experience with email marketing (Klaviyo Mailchimp etc.) or paid media coordination.
Exposure to CRO tools (A/B testing platforms heatmaps session recordings).
Familiarity with schema markup JSON-LD or more advanced technical SEO.
Experience with tools like Figma Illustrator or similar design tools.
