Crittenton Childrens Center is the Kansas City areas premier provider of psychiatric care for children adolescents and their families. It is located on a picturesque 96 acre campus in south Kansas City (near Longview Lake) providing serenity beauty and privacy to assist with the healing process.
For more than 100 years weve cared for the emotional health of Kansas Citys children and families. Today we offer one of the areas most comprehensive behavioral health care programs. And we are backed by the complete resources of Saint Lukes Health System.
We are currently hiring for a Full Time Admit/ Discharge Nurse 12 pm until 12:30 am to support our facility.
Functions independently and accountable for utilizing the nursing process.
Coordinates the care for a group of patients with the Multidisciplinary Team.
Delegates tasks appropriately.
Identifies hospital resources.
Serves as a clinical resource for new employees.
Demonstrates positive formal or informal leadership within unit or department.
Required:
Associates degree; bachelors preferred
1 - 2 years of related experience preferably in mental health
Must be team orientated
