| Join the innovative team at BMW TechWorks India part of the Cluster Digital Product Engineering division. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that BMW vehicles meet all regional and international type approval standards facilitating seamless homologation processes across multiple markets. Collaborate closely with global colleagues and stakeholders to bring vehicles to market efficiently and in compliance with all regulatory requirements. - Lead the preparation and review of type approval documentation for various markets ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Oversee the homologation process managing approvals for your assigned derivatives and regions.
- Track and report the status of approvals providing forecasts and assessing feasibility.
- Coordinate with BMW colleagues to align on requirements standards and processes.
- Maintain daily contact with internal teams and external partners involved in system and country-specific approvals.
- Apply and interpret relevant WVTA regulations and regional standards including EU India Korea Japan GSO/SASO Taiwan and Vietnam.

What should you bring along
| - Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Automotive Engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in vehicle homologation or regulatory compliance.
- Strong understanding of international approval procedures and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across regions.
- Good organizational skills and high attention to detail capable of managing multiple projects.

Must have technical skill | - Proven experience with vehicle homologation processes and compliance documentation.
- Familiarity with regional vehicle regulations and standards.

Good to have Technical skills | - Experience with electric and hybrid vehicle regulations.
- Knowledge of global vehicle homologation standards and processes.
