DescriptionThe Enforcement Actions Lawyer is responsible for performing all steps of the judicial process of all assigned NPLs portfolios by coordinating all necessary legal actions in cooperation with all parties involved.
Main Responsibilities
- Executes all recoveries legal actions as provided in the judicial strategies ensuring both maximum performance and risk mitigation
- Performs all steps of the judicial process of the assigned NPLs portfolios
- Structures drafts and reviews legal documents as needed
- Gathers evidences to initiate legal actions analyses legal issues attends trials and provides legal advices to clients / colleagues relating to proposed solutions
- Ensures Legal Process Statuses are accurately depicted to the core collections system
- Adheres to the Companys Code of Ethics and ensures compliance with policies quality and other standards to minimize customer complaints
RequirementsEducation Experience and Technical Skills
- Bachelors and Masters degree at an accredited college or university in Law Studies
- 3-5 years of legal experience and at least 1 year as Enforcement Actions Lawyer; previous banking experience is considered as an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
- Computer literacy knowledge of MS OfficeComputer literacy knowledge of MS Office

- Problem-solving skills including the ability to structure challenges and deal with new issues in a dynamic work environment
