The Role

Were looking for an Associate Lawyer specializing in Leasing whos ready to take on meaningful cases collaborate with experienced professionals and thrive in a team that values expertise ethics and continuous development.

You will join our Litigation Department where you will have the opportunity to strengthen your professional capabilities and play an active role in achieving the firms strategic objectives.

What Youll Be Doing

• Drafting legal documents and preparing legal opinions recommendations for legal actions
• Updating CRM systems regarding the progress of legal actions and communicating with other company departments.
• Completing accompanying forms related to the invoicing of court proceedings and other legal actions
• Participating in the planning/reporting of assigned legal cases communicating with collaborating provincial lawyers and being informed about the progress of the court hearings they handle
• Attending court hearings before the Courts of Attica
• Performing all kinds of procedural actions before judicial institutions (filing pleadings receiving copies closing case files monitoring hearing dates submitting requests for the issuance of certificates collecting certificates searching for and receiving issued judgments)
• Communicating with clients and opposing parties within the scope of responsibilities
• Representing the company in negotiations meetings or procedures related to leasing projects
• Monitoring changes in the institutional and regulatory framework affecting the leasing sector and providing relevant recommendations.

To thrive in this role you should bring:

• A Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) an LL.M. is a strong plus
• Attorney-at-Law license in Greece
• 13 years of experience in Civil Commercial Banking Law and enforcement proceedings
• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and European legal framework governing financial leasing and infrastructure projects
• Excellent command of legal drafting and written communication
• Proficiency in English both spoken and written
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask under deadlines
• A team-player mindset and a client-first attitude
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
