Were looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor (Junior Partner level)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly respected regional law firm as a Junior Partner based in Kettering.
This is a senior hands-on role within a busy Legal 500-recognised team offering the chance to lead mentor and develop others while maintaining your own diverse caseload. Youll have the autonomy to shape the departments growth and contribute directly to the strategic direction of the team and wider firm.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own caseload of commercial property work including:
- Leases acquisitions and disposals
- Development and investment transactions
- Agricultural land and estates
- Commercial refinancing and site development
- Supervise mentor and support junior members of the team sharing knowledge and best practice.
- Play an active role in business development and client relationship management.
- Collaborate with senior partners on departmental strategy marketing and recruitment initiatives.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Solicitor with 8 years experience in commercial property law.
- Currently operating at Senior Associate or Junior Partner level.
- Demonstrable experience managing complex commercial property matters.
- Proven leadership and mentoring abilities with a collaborative mindset.
- Commercially astute proactive and confident in building relationships and developing business.
- Strong team ethic and a positive solutions-driven approach.
