Digital Communications Officer

About The Role:

Join the Community Engagement and Experience (CEE) Portfolio where you will play a key role in delivering engaging high-quality digital communications that connect the City of Charles Sturt with our community. Your work will help ensure our messages are clear inclusive and accessible.

As aDigital Communications Officer you will:

• Create publish and manage digital content across social media platforms the City of Charles Sturts website and other digital channels.
• Produce creative community-focused communications that support organisation-wide projects and initiatives.
• Contribute to a high-performing and collaborative team that values innovation inclusivity and delivering outstanding results.

The Community Engagement and Experience portfolio keeps our community informed and engaged through digital and traditional media and engagement channels including our website social media community engagement platforms and with exceptional customer experience and service. Our team connects with and serves our community by sharing stories promoting services and responding to customer enquiries and requests.

The Detail:

The position is offered on a full-time permanent basis and is classified at Level 4 with a starting salary range of $94868 per annum Super Annual Leave Loading.
