Youll work across both core product and growth initiatives taking ownership of frontend architecture mentoring engineers and helping define engineering standards that scale with the business.

About you

Proven experience as a lead or principal frontend engineer in product-led or consumer tech environments.
Expert in (or React) TypeScript CSS and component-driven architecture with experience evolving and governing design systems.
Product and outcome-focused: you care about metrics and business impact not just code.
Startup mindset: comfortable with autonomy ambiguity and rapid iteration.
Leadership experience: mentoring engineers influencing architecture and guiding technical standards.
Bonus: experience with growth experimentation frameworks A/B testing or AWS.
