The base pay range for this role is estimated to be$104250 - $152900 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location education experience knowledge and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
What You Will Do In This Role:
- The candidate will be responsible for managing the pre-commissioning resource function of installation.
- The role includes the growth development and sustaining of all pre-commissioning activities related to the business unit needs.
- This role includes overseeing all resource allocation both Mechanical and Electrical Pre-Commissioning.
- The candidate will be responsible for assessing the departments capacity to accept new projects assisting with hiring decisions and helping train new team members. This role requires a balance of tactical strategic and leadership initiatives for the current and future needs of the Installation Resources Organization.
- Experience in professionally allocating resources to new business projects.
- Strong communication organizational mindset and transforming strategy to KPIs/Roadmaps.
What We Are Looking For:
- 3 Years Management Experience
- BS Degree or Additional Years Experience
- Ideal candidate will have engineering commissioning experience
