Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a high-volume book of personal lines insurance business ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering strong client relationships. Compensation Package
- Salary: $70000 annually
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k)
Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume book of personal lines insurance business ensuring timely and accurate completion of all tasks.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service advocacy and professional communication.
- Handle renewals service requests claims billing and new policy processing.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends underwriting guidelines and submission procedures.
- Review applications policies endorsements and audits for accuracy.
- Conduct loss/claim analysis and prepare summaries.
- Coordinate expiration lists with the department manager to secure renewal business information.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
