OT Deployment Lead
Role Purpose
The OT Deployment Lead ensures successful deployment of OT products across terminals driving project execution stakeholder alignment and compliance. This role blends technical expertise with leadership and ownership managing deployments from planning through stabilization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end deployment of OT products across multiple terminals ensuring alignment with global standards local needs and compliance requirements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive Project Management Plans (PMPs) including scope schedule resources risk mitigation and performance tracking.
- Manage cross-functional teams vendors and contractors to deliver deployments on time and within budget while maintaining product integrity.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and change management to ensure adoption and minimize operational disruption.
- Oversee testing go-live and stabilization phases including first-line support and capability building for terminal staff.
- Monitor and report on deployment progress risks KPIs and budget status to senior leadership.
- Support technical execution as needed including requirements development design reviews testing and troubleshooting.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Project Management or related field.
- Proven experience in OT deployments preferably in port or terminal environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of TOS industrial networks control systems and software.
- Proficiency in project tools (e.g. MS Project Primavera P6 Jira ALM).
- Excellent leadership stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally; ability to work in dynamic environments.
Scope & Reporting
- Reports to the Senior Global OT Deployment Manager.
- Directly manages contractors and third-party vendors.
- Geographical scope includes North Central and South America with potential for global assignments.
- Requires domestic and international travel; site visits may involve outdoor work and PPE usage.

Pay Range: $110000 - $130000*
*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
