Role description: Growth Marketing Generalist

• Own and execute experiments across multiple marketing channels.
• Contribute to lead generation funnel optimization and conversion strategy.
• Work with AI tools to automate workflows and enhance marketing efficiency.
• Test and measure creative content messaging and offers.
• Analyze campaign data and translate insights into growth actions.
• Balance creative ideation with analytical execution.

This role is ideal for a T-shaped growth marketer who loves testing learning fast and finding creative solutions through experimentation.

Must haves:

• 25 years of experience in growth or digital marketing roles.
• Experience running experiments and analyzing performance data.
• Comfort working with marketing tools (HubSpot GA4 Mixpanel Amplitude).
• Curiosity and active usage of AI tools for marketing workflows.
• Strong execution and problem-solving skills.
• High agency work ethic and ownership mindset.
• Must excel and/or be obsessed about a topic(can be chess sports gaming whatever)
