Job Summary
Warehouse Clerk; Full-time 2nd Shift - A Schedule (12 hours per shift; 7 AM - 7 PM)
** 4 on 3 Off; 3 on 4 Off Shift Pattern (repeats every 2 weeks) **
Week 1: Work: S/M/T/W; Off: T/F/S
Week 2: Work: S/M/T; Off: W/T/F/S
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Performs data entry and prepares standard reports & spreadsheets
- Collects organizes records and files information.
- Performs Rating & Billing duties
- Other duties as assigned
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Ability to operate standard office equipment including fax copier personal computer scanners etc.
- Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook.
- Communication and client service skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced multi-tasking hands-on environment
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Two or more years clerical experience
- Knowledge and experience in the logistics industry is a plus.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time
