Shift: Days (5x8)
Duration: 9 Weeks
Pay Rate: $50 $56/hour ($1875 $2100/week)
Position Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Ultrasound Technologistfor an exciting job in Brooklyn NY.
Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic ultrasound exams in accordance with established departmental protocols.
Prepare and position patients to ensure optimal image quality and comfort.
Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment performing minor troubleshooting as needed.
Ensure all necessary supplies and documentation are in place for each procedure.
Capture review and transfer diagnostic images to PACS for physician interpretation.
Collaborate with radiologists nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient care.
Assist in training or orienting new ultrasound staff as needed.
Perform additional duties to support smooth departmental operations.
Qualifications:
Registered by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS).
25 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related medical imaging software.
Strong communication critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
ARRT certification preferred.
