Job Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide fast and courteous service to technicians retail and wholesale customers.
- List and price out parts on repair orders and or counter tickets.
- Write purchase orders for parts and sublet work as needed from outside suppliers and obtain management approval.
- Maintain a customer back-order file.
- Maintain the special-order parts inventory in a clean and orderly manner.
- Make sure technicians turn in all defective parts necessary for warranty scrap and tag them appropriately.
- Participate in conducting a perpetual inventory.
- Help maintain parts catalogs price schedules and other technical information and bulletins.
- Keep work area clean free of debris safe and put away loose stock.
- Proficient in the use of parts catalogs and locations of correct.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of automotive repairs and processes
- Hardworking team player pays attention to detail
- Availability to work potentially Monday-Saturday
