Job Summary

SUMMARY:

General warehouse person who will assist with moving of stock in all areas of warehouse and general receiving.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Unloads trucks and checks in all deliveries.
Ensures accurate counts.
Ensures that flow of goods from receiving to the shelf is timely.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Improve the receiving accuracy to the purchase orders.
Break down boxes.
Keep area clean.
Because of the changing nature of our business this job description will inevitably change. The employee will from time to time be required to undertake other activities of a similar nature that fall within his/her capabilities as directed by management.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Must have computer experience in Excel Word and M2M.
Must be detail oriented.
High school degree or GED required
Ability to follow directions

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Work is in a warehouse with cement floors. Will require lifting of up to 50 pounds. Must be able to operate a sitdown forklift or have the ability to learn.
