Job description

We are seeking motivated and results-drivenAccount Manager(s)to join our dynamic Sales team supporting various locations inGrey-Bruce WellingtonandHuroncounties! The Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships developing new business opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored equipment solutions and services.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries Agriculture Construction Residential & Commercial.
  • Provide product and service solutions to meet client needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Prepare quotes proposals and sales presentations.
  • Coordinate and facilitating product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of equipment and services.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and generate regular sales reports.
  • Perform extensive research to discover and understand new and/or existing products.
  • Attend trade shows client meetings and site visits as required.

Qualifications & Essential Skills

  • Completion of high school or vocational equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position related to sales.
  • Experience in high volume sales prospecting/lead generation.
  • Must have a working knowledge of agricultural construction and residential practices and equipment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand technical products and convey value to clients.
  • Self-motivated organized and goal-oriented.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Working knowledge of IntelliDealer Salesforce and other manufacturer portals is considered an asset.
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel locally/regionally as needed.
