The Opportunity!
As a Commercial Account Manager (Large Commercial) you will operate at the forefront of complex commercial insurance - partnering with sophisticated clients and senior insurer stakeholders. Youll work in lockstep with elite broking teams administration and Producers to deliver a white-glove client experience serving as the trusted go-to for your clients.

What you will bring to the role
- Level 3 General Insurance License is required.
- 5 years of client-facing commercial insurance experience with direct responsibility for large complex commercial accounts (e.g. multi-line US exposure layered programs complex property/liability high-premium or multi-location risks).
- Proven ability to lead renewal planning and marketing strategy for sophisticated clients including insurer negotiations and managing timelines/priorities.
- Confident polished communication skills with the ability to advise senior client contacts
- Proactive self-directed and highly organized with strong attention to detail in documentation and follow-through.
- Works well in a fast-paced client-focused environment managing multiple competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Epic is an asset but not required
