Treasurer

Revolution Medicines is a clinical-stage precision oncology company focused on developing novel targeted therapies to inhibit frontier targets in RAS-addicted cancers. The companys R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) Inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins and RAS Companion Inhibitors for use in combination treatment strategies. As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team you will join other outstanding Revolutionariesin a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway.

The Opportunity:

Revolution Medicines is seeking aTreasurerto architect and lead the companysglobal treasury and insurance functionsduring a period of rapid growth and international expansion. This role will drivecapital efficiency liquidity optimization financial risk management and scalabilityacross all global entities ensuring that treasury infrastructure and policies evolve in step with the companys transition towardcommercialization.

Reporting to theVP Finance the Treasurer will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership shaping decisions that impact the companys global capital structure funding strategy and enterprise risk posture.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Treasury Leadership

• Define and execute Revolution Medicinesglobal treasury strategy aligning capital structure liquidity and risk management with the companys growth and commercialization objectives.

• Serve as asenior advisorto the VP Finance CFO and executive leadership on cash deployment investment alternatives and financial risk mitigation.

• Establish a forward-looking framework fortreasury scalabilityacross systems processes and organizational design.

Banking Liquidity & Investment Management

• Lead theevaluation selection and governance of global banking partnersto ensure efficient support for international operations and new-market entry.

• Overseecash and liquidity management maintaining an integratedglobal cash forecastacross all legal entities.

• Partner with Tax Legal and FP&A to manageintercompany funding repatriation dividends and royalty/IP payment flows.

• Develop and maintain the companysinvestment policy balancing return on capital with liquidity and risk considerations; present strategy to the VP Finance CFO and Audit Committee.

Risk & FX Management

• Design and maintain acomprehensive FX risk management framework quantifying exposures and proposing hedging strategies; present and implement approved recommendations.

• Overseeinsurance strategy and execution ensuring global coverage scales with Revolution Medicines evolving operational and geographic footprint.

Treasury Infrastructure & Controls

• Drivetreasury automation and system transformation including assessment implementation and continuous improvement of global treasury management platforms.

• Establishgovernance policiesand controls for cash management bank account lifecycle signatory and access rights and entity-level limits.

• Manage theglobal corporate cardand payment authorization programs.

Leadership & Governance

• Actively participate as a member of the401(k) Committee contributing to investment oversight and fiduciary compliance.

• Provideexecutive-level insightsto influence enterprise financial decisions risk appetite and balance sheet strategy.

Required Skills Experience and Education:

• 15 years of progressive experience incorporate treasury ideally with exposure topublicly traded global high-growth or life sciences organizations.

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or Economics required.

• Deep knowledge ofcash forecasting FX liquidity management investments and risk/insuranceprograms.

• Demonstrated success scaling treasury infrastructure through periods ofrapid organizational growth and geographic expansion.

• Skilled inbanking relationship managementtreasury systems implementation andcross-functional collaboration with FP&A Tax and Legal.

• Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
