Vice President Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer

As Vice President Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer you will play a pivotal role in shaping the banks financial strategy ensuring regulatory compliance and guiding long-term planning and capital management.

Your Responsibilities:

Lead all financial operations including accounting budgeting regulatory reporting and treasury management.
Manage daily cash flow liquidity and the Banks investment portfolio.
Produce accurate and timely Board regulatory ALCO and budget reports.
Oversee interestrate risk and liquidity modeling and coordinate reports with consultants.
Manage internal audits prepare responses and track remediation.
Partner with the President & CEO to build annual budgets multiyear forecasts and financial models for strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of progressive collaborative leadership experience in banking or financial services.
Deep knowledge of GAAP ALCO and state and federal banking regulations.
Proven leadership skills and ability to influence at the executive and board levels.
Strategic mindset with strong analytical communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
Commitment to the mission and values of community banking.
