As Vice President Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer you will play a pivotal role in shaping the banks financial strategy ensuring regulatory compliance and guiding long-term planning and capital management.

Your Responsibilities:
- Lead all financial operations including accounting budgeting regulatory reporting and treasury management.
- Manage daily cash flow liquidity and the Banks investment portfolio.
- Produce accurate and timely Board regulatory ALCO and budget reports.
- Oversee interestrate risk and liquidity modeling and coordinate reports with consultants.
- Manage internal audits prepare responses and track remediation.
- Partner with the President & CEO to build annual budgets multiyear forecasts and financial models for strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive collaborative leadership experience in banking or financial services.
- Deep knowledge of GAAP ALCO and state and federal banking regulations.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to influence at the executive and board levels.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Commitment to the mission and values of community banking.
