Territory Sales Manager Building Materials Upstate NY & Eastern PA
$95K$100K Base Full-Time Field Sales Architecture & Design Focus
Were hiring a relationship-driven design-savvy sales pro to own a high-impact territory across Upstate New York and Eastern Pennsylvania. This role is built for someone who thrives on face-to-face selling strategic account growth and deep engagement with the A&D community.
What Youll Own
Manage and grow accounts across the territory from Syracuse to Scranton
Build long-term relationships with architects designers contractors and facility end users
Deliver product presentations lunch-and-learns and on-site demos
Surface new opportunities and drive market penetration
Become a trusted resource and product expert in the commercial building space
Qualifications :
What You Bring
Bachelors degree 57 years of outside sales experience
Proven success selling building materials to architects and designers
Strong presentation skills and comfort with cross-functional collaboration
Self-starter mindset with excellent organization and follow-through
Based near Syracuse or Rochester preferred

Travel required across territory occasional HQ visits in Wisconsin
