Job Summary

Own and define the product vision strategy and roadmap for banking products such as payments mortgages lending and wealth.
Develop and own omnichannel strategy and customer proposition design including customer journeys channel strategy and service design.
Lead customer discovery and validation (user research hypotheses experiments) and translate findings into clear product requirements.
Drive end-to-end delivery across discovery development golive and postlaunch optimization including release planning and iterative improvements.
Define track and act on product metrics; run continuous improvement cycles and surface outcomes and insights to senior stakeholders.
Collaborate with architects backend engineers and frontend/UX teams to define the target technical and clientfacing architecture.
Lead or contribute to legacy modernization and replatforming efforts.
Ensure product compliance with banking regulation security AML and privacy (GDPR) requirements.
Facilitate crossfunctional governance and stakeholder communications secure senior sponsorship and align governance for decisive outcomes.
Scan for and evaluate innovative ideas and emerging technologies translating them into viable propositions .
Coach and mentor junior staff.

What you will bring to this role as (Senior) Manager Banking Operations & Solutions:

Product management experience in financial services or fintech with ownership of product lifecycle in banking or comparable digital bank products;
Domain expertise across banking products demonstrated through substantive handson experience with deep knowledge of propositions channel dynamics revenue models and regulatory constraints;
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills able to secure senior sponsorship and operate across functions ;
Proven track record of at least one major technology transformation (replatforming core migration digital channel overhaul);
Strong practical knowledge of agile ways of working and modern engineering practices;
Handson understanding of cloud platforms APIs microservices and eventdriven architectures;
Dataliterate: able to define and manage product metrics design and analyze A/B tests and drive decisions from analytics;
Experience embedding security compliance and risk controls into product design and leading crossfunctional teams with a delivery orientation.
