To develop and maintain campaign models in line with business requirements fit for purpose and ensure that they perform at optimal levels.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse model performance in line with agreed model design principles and recommends appropriate amendments to ensure that model delivers as per model design principles.
- Build models that are fit for purpose and operate within performance metrics.
- Develop new models (e.g. propensity churn micro segmentation contact-ability response etc.) for campaign analytics that deliver value and/or improve on prior model.
- Optimise future model performance (take up rate environmental climate business strategy model drifts etc.) against business strategy and actual model performance.
- Evaluate the appropriateness of models for relevant campaigns and take into consideration the business problem against data nuances.
Qualifications :
- University Degree in Mathematical Sciences/Engineering/Computer Science/Data Science
Experience
- 3-4 years experience in advanced analytics combined with sufficient knowledge of products and customer behaviour in a financial services environment. Significant exposure to propensity attrition CRM and leads management next-best action and segmentation models as well as behavioural analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL and Database Management
