The Learning & Development Coordinator supports the implementation and coordination of all training and development initiatives within the hotel. This role ensures that every Team Member receives the knowledge skills and inspiration needed to deliver exceptional and memorable guest experiences in alignment with the brands luxury standards.
The position contributes to building a culture of continuous learning engagement and excellence across all departments.
What will I be doing
Organize and maintain the monthly and annual training calendar.
Coordinate logistics for all training sessions including venues materials and technology setup.
Track attendance evaluations and training completion records.
Maintain up-to-date training files and ensure compliance with all mandatory and brand-required programs.
Support the delivery of orientation service culture leadership and departmental skills training.
Ensure training content aligns with the brands values tone and service philosophy.
Support engagement and recognition initiatives that strengthen the hotels culture and team spirit.
Communicate learning opportunities and success stories through internal channels.
Coordinate onboarding programs including New Team Member Orientation.
Monitor training metrics such as participation rates learning hours and satisfaction scores.
Gather participant feedback to enhance training quality and effectiveness.
Assist during internal or external audits related to Learning & Development or Brand Standards.
