An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Prevention team as a Prevention Lead Practitioner. Working under the Education Delivery Support Officer and aligned with the Prevention Strategy and Community Risk Management Plan this role ensures that initiatives focus on those most at risk and vulnerable to fires and other emergencies.
The postholder will supervise and support Prevention Practitioners and Volunteer Advocates oversee the safe and effective delivery of education across WMFS sites and external settings and manage all aspects of programme delivery including preparation resources debriefs and evaluation to maintain high-quality impactful learning outcomes.
