Role overview
We are looking for a new Private Patient Assistant to join our Shrewsbury site. This will be 32 hours over 4 days per week.
The Private Patient Assistant provides personalised administrative and support services to private patients ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout their care journey. This role acts as the primary point of contact for patients coordinating appointments managing documentation and liaising with clinical and non-clinical teams to deliver exceptional service.
What skills and experience do I need
Well provide training so experience isnt always needed but the following things will be
advantageous:
- Previous experience in a customer or patient facing role
- Experience in a busy administrative role
- A competent user of all Office 365 programmes
- Tech savvy and comfortable working on new systems e.g. patient record systems
- A great phone manner
- An excellent grasp of the English language both verbally and in written format
- A good team player happy to jump in and support others when required
