About the Role
As an HR Systems Project Coordinator you will support the successful delivery of HR system projects by coordinating activities engaging stakeholders and ensuring timely achievement of key milestones. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovation and positive change within a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end implementation of new HR systems including planning execution and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align with business needs.
- Support system configuration testing data migration and user acceptance testing.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and monitor progress.
- Assist with training material development and coordinate user training sessions.
- Support change management activities for smooth adoption of new systems.
- Ensure data integrity and assist with system integrations and troubleshooting.
- Provide post-implementation support.
Qualifications :
Skills & Experience
- 2 years experience working with HR systems (Workday experience highly desirable).
- Exposure to system implementation and project coordination in HR or systems context.
- Familiarity with HR processes and understanding of system integration concepts.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Business IT or related field (desirable).
