Job Qualifications-

Education: Bachelors degree in accounting Finance or equivalent experience.
Experience: Minimum of five (5) years in a Controller-level role and five (5) years of experience in construction accounting.
Proven knowledge of job cost accounting WIP reporting and over/under billing adjustments.
Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls.
Experience leading an accounting team and training staff.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel QuickBooks Desktop and related accounting software.
Excellent communication analytical and organizational skills.
High attention to detail and professional integrity.
