Reporting into the Director of Partner and Ecosystems Marketing North America you will have key responsibility for implementing and managing comprehensive marketing strategies for North America Partners and Ecosystems This position plays a critical role in generating demand increasing market share and driving revenue growth for Palo Alto Networks. The Sr. Manager will lead a team of partner marketing professionals and collaborate closely with partner sales leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with global and regional business objectives.
Your Impact
The person in this role will be pivotal in contributing to our market leadership and revenue growth by helping to build our North American partner and ecosystem as a key channel for demand generation and customer acquisition. You will achieve this by:
Managing multi-million dollar pipeline delivery through the effective execution of highly targeted integrated marketing campaigns within our diverse partner ecosystem.
Contribute to the strategic direction of NAM partner marketing acting as a key partner and trusted advisor to partner sales leadership and translating high-level business objectives into impactful measurable marketing plans.
Cultivating a high-performing team of marketing professionals fostering a culture of innovation creativity and accountability that consistently delivers exceptional results.
Optimizing allocated marketing budgets leveraging a data-driven approach to ensure maximum ROI and continuous improvement across all partner marketing initiatives.
Ensure seamless collaboration and brand consistency across regional teams amplifying our message and market presence through our critical cloud service provider (CSP Global systems Integrators (GSIs) Traditional distributors) and ISV alliances.
Qualifications :
Your Experience
8 years of demonstrated success leading marketing teams for a tech company - including managing a direct team working with key stakeholders events marketing partners/vendors and cross-functional teams.
Experience in generating new and innovative approaches to problems and challenging the status quo and is constantly looking for ways to change the game.
Demonstrated success acting as the business partner to partner sales leadership navigating change in times of ambiguity
Deep and wide knowledge and relationships within the technology partner/ecosystem space
Solid experience inclusively communicating to ensure diversity of voice is heard considered and enabled while empowering others to do the same.
Proven experience consistently delivering on expectations and getting the job done.
Ability to understand and translate the big picture for your team in an inspiring way. Able to identify tactical opportunities and risks through strong business acumen and analysis of key performance trends.
Proven track record striving for excellence both personally and across the teams youve led
Proven ability to plan organize and schedule in an efficient productive manner with a focus on key priorities.
Deep hands-on understanding of funnel metrics and proven ability to take action to continuously improve conversion at each stage of the funnel ultimately resulting in increased marketing-sourced pipeline and bookings.
Ability to develop people: Coaches people in their current roles to improve performance and prepares them for future roles.
Ability to set goals drive team performance and excellence: Gives clear direction and goal-setting that is aligned to business priorities and outcomes disciplined at measuring performance against.
KPIs and rewards/recognizes people for excellence.
Willingness to travel as required approximately 30% for the role.
Bachelors degree or masters degree in business marketing or technology is preferred.

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications experience and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $158000 - $238000/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
