NVH騒音振動乗り心地グループ内の業務プロセスをデジタル化していただくお仕事です具体的には試験データの収集解析の効率化や報告書作成支援などを行っていただきます
AIやデータ解析技術を導入し業務効率化と品質向上に貢献していただきます
他部門と連携しDX施策の企画推進をリードしていただきます
DX関連ツールやシステムの導入運用を支援していただきます
社内向けDX啓発活動や教育プログラムの企画実施を通じてDX推進をリードしていただきます

Job Responsibilities
Digitization of business processes within the NVH (Noise Vibration and Harshness) group including the efficient collection and analysis of test data and support for report generation.
Introduction of AI and data analysis technologies to improve operational efficiency and quality.
Leading the planning and promotion of DX initiatives in collaboration with other departments.
Leading for the introduction and operation of DX-related tools and systems.
Planning and implementation of DX awareness and educational activities for internal employees.

Recruitment Background
The R&D division urgently requires the utilization of AI and digital technologies to enhance the sophistication and efficiency of its operations.
Especially in the NVH domain the digitization of testing analysis and reporting operations is actively progressing.
We are seeking individuals who can contribute to DX promotion within the NVH group as well as to cross-departmental business reforms.

Qualifications :

必須の経験スキル
DX関連ツールやシステムを実務で活用した経験をお持ちであること

歓迎する経験スキル
3Dまたは1Dシミュレーションの経験をお持ちであること
NVHに関する基礎知識をお持ちであること
ハードウェアまたはシステム開発の経験をお持ちであること

求められる英語力
TOEIC600点以上を目安としています

Required Experience/Skills
Practical experience using DX-related tools and systems in a business context.

Welcome Experience/Skills
Experience in 3D or 1D simulation.
Basic knowledge of NVH.
Experience in hardware or system development.

Required English Proficiency
TOEIC score of 600 or higher is a guideline.
