Overview: Oversee the successful launch and ongoing operational effectiveness of our global eCommerce products and processes. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and quality delivery of key initiatives meet business objectives and drive efficiency and scalability across our product portfolio
Program Launch & Execution:
- Lead the successful launch of global eCommerce programs ensuring they are executed on time on budget and with high quality.
- Deliver on business case objectives balancing revenue generation product improvement efficiency and tech strategy.
- Drive the execution of the product roadmap country plans and client pipeline to meet organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with the activation framework maintaining rigorous standards and best practices.
Operational Effectiveness:
- Support day-to-day operations to ensure timely delivery and stability of eCommerce products.
- Coordinate with Business As Usual (BAU) operations to ensure smooth transitions and integration of new products and processes.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) teams to uphold high product quality standards.
- Drive cost optimization through automation & innovative process
Deployment & Client Delivery
- Work closely with transformational leads to facilitate successful rollouts of eCommerce solutions.
- Support client delivery leads in fulfilling client commitments and expectations ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Stability & Process Engineering:
- Assess global stability across the coding ecosystem to ensure robust performance and reliability.
- Plan and coordinate seamless transitions to BAU operations engaging with design Business Intelligence (Bl) training and transformation operations teams.
- Define and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPls) in collaboration with BAU transformation and design teams.
- Regularly review metrics to track performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Efficiency Optimization:
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Deploy vision and deliver quality and efficiency improvements through innovative process engineering
