The Quality Assurance (QA) Associate plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional stakeholder experience both internally and externally. This role is instrumental in driving and upholding operational excellence regulatory compliance and data integrity across Field Support processes such as onboarding time capture and reporting.
The QA Associate will be a change agent for process improvement leveraging best-in-class systems and compliance frameworks to ensure seamless operations. The QA Associate will champion quality-first culture ensuring that internal systems reflect the latest client and legal requirements with precision and agility and that all operations remain compliant and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and continuously enhance onboarding tools platforms and databases ensuring real-time updates data integrity and audit readiness
- Adapt and format onboarding documentation and client addendums to meet system specifications and optimize user experience utilizing document automation and workflow management solutions (AdobeSign Sharepoint etc)
- Collaborate strategically with the Commercial Contracts Team to conduct compliance analytics on client-mandated terms and operational manuals leveraging intelligent automation platforms (such as Nintex PowerBI etc) to systematically capture validate and integrate regulatory requirements into enterprise governance workflows.
- Maintain data integrity across enterprise systems by implementing validation protocols synchronisation routines and exception handling mechanisms to ensure high-fidelity operational reporting
- Generate dynamic reporting and analytics dashboards for leadership providing actionable insights into Field Support operations through data visualisation and business intelligence tools
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies deploying automation solutions to eliminate manual interventions and enhancing service delivery through agile methodologies and digital transformation strategies
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for internal stakeholdersincluding Sales Field Support Group and the Commercial Teamfacilitating cross-functional alignment and knowledge transfer
- Contribute to enterprise-wide projects and process optimisation programmes applying change management principles and leveraging collaborative platforms to drive measurable outcomes
- Support field operations through compliance-driven audit execution aligning with enterprise risk protocols and leveraging data capture tools to ensure adherence to internal control frameworks
- Translate legal and client-mandated governance frameworks into operational workflows by embedding policy intelligence into scalable procedures and deliver targeted training to cross-functional teams using diverse digital learning platforms
- Perform additional responsibilities as required adapting to evolving business needs and contributing to strategic initiatives with a flexible solution-oriented mindset
Qualifications :
- Proficient in English (verbal and written); additional languages such as German French Swedish Dutch Polish or Spanish are considered a plus.
- Customer focused helpful and willing to support at all times
- Acts with self-confidence decisiveness and integrity at all times
- Ability to analyze issues and present solutions to a variety of audiences
- Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and takes ownership of tasks and outcomes
- Strong team player able to build effective working relationships across all levels of the business
- Ability to work under pressure and manage high workloads whilst maintaining the ability to organize and prioritize
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills
- High level of communication both oral and written
- Comfortable with change and adjusting to new requirements tools or processes
- Previous working knowledge of Microsoft and Oracle packages
- Knowledge of other digital productivity tools (PowerBI Power Automate AI-powered assistants) would be desirable
