Job Summary
- Work with the Group Treasurer and Director Captive Finance to create and execute a roadmap for expanding our internal consumer finance offering across all Autohero markets.
- Develop actionable project plans to enter new markets reflecting a strong understanding of competitive landscape regulatory requirements operational needs and credit risk for each market.
- Build relationships with external partners to build the best digital financing product
- Lead and communicate new market entry projects across multiple internal stakeholders including in-market management tech development legal finance and risk.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree from a top-tier university in business finance economics or similar or equivalent bank training
- At least 3 years relevant work experience in fintech start-ups or financial services
- Strong results/goal orientation a willingness to evolve and problem solve initiativ a passion to make things happen
- Excellent proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and project management experience with VBA and Redash are beneficial
- Fluent communicator in English and one other language
