Key Accountabilities

• Support technology and risk management teams by gathering and analyzing data for key projects.

• Assist in writing reviewing and testing requirements for CRM initiatives.

• Collect and interpret data to support reports audits and regulatory requirements.

• Create and maintain documentation for internal tools workflows and processes.

• Collaborate across departments to resolve questions and enhance CRM tool performance.

• Contribute to process improvements that strengthen data quality and risk reporting.

Education & Experience

Required:

• Currently pursuing an Associates or Bachelors degree in Data Analysis Information Technology or a related field.

Preferred:

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel and SQL.
