Job Summary

About the role:

6 month Project Manager role where you will be a go between the VAR doing the NetSuite Implementation
IT Finance & Accounting department is lean not any extra bandwidth.
Manage scope timelines budgets and deliverables.
Lead cross-functional planning of technology initiatives focused on NetSuite processes.
Partner with IT Finance Operations & HR end users and communicate back with VAR.
Daily calls with VP of IT or CFO on proper system configuration chart of account alignment & eventual assurance that data migration milestones are being met.
MS Dynamics Great Plains and will be implementing NetSuite Komet Sales which is described as a Light ERP but no there is financial or G/L Component. 12 months from now they want to be off both systems and completely on to NetSuite
NetSuite Training: company is wary of the VAR doing too much customization and want to make sure their End users are taken care of but they also stay on tracks to get this implementation rolled out in time and for ERP to be simplified where it makes sense
Lots of branches in SoCal where the
Materials & Labor at the branches are the biggest expenses

One day they are hoping that automated reports coms from NetSuite telling them what branches are performing better and which ones are struggling

Inventory turns quickly: 1 week shelf life
The head of IT has used AI to create a lot of dashboards: head of IT lives in Michigan
