Responsibilities
- Engage with healthcare professionals to promote AbbVies products within Prostate Cancer/Urology and OB/GYN therapeutic areas.
- Execute brand strategy and field tactics delivering on sales and marketing objectives.
- Create pre-call plans using SMART objectives and conduct post-call evaluations for ongoing improvement.
- Effectively handle objections and drive calls to logical actionable outcomes.
- Develop and execute a targeted call plan to optimize coverage of key customers maximizing sales opportunities.
- Proactively build strong customer relationships understand customer needs and deliver solutions for win-win outcomes.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of therapeutic areas product science market trends competitor landscape and Buy & Bill processes.
- Coordinate activities with internal and external partners to maximize impact and align execution with brand strategy.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture focused on collaboration learning and integrity.
- Share market intelligence and insights with in-field teams and brand stakeholders for strategic alignment.
- Participate in team meetings and actively share insights to enhance team effectiveness.
- Embody AbbVies Ways of Working and comply with all business conduct policies and regulations.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in biological sciences pharmacy business or related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Proven track record of sales success and strong presentation skills.
- Demonstrates in-depth scientific therapeutic product and competitive knowledge.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills; proficient with business tools.
- Ability to quickly assess customer behavior and flex approach as needed; skilled at operating in a matrix environment.
- Preferred: Experience 2 years pharmaceutical sales account management managed healthcare or marketing in relevant therapeutic areas Urology and/or OB Gyn; English proficiency as needed.
- Must meet all Health Care Industry Representative (HCIR) credentialing requirements for access to assigned facilities and organizations (including background checks drug screens vaccinations licenses etc.).

External: Physicians Nurses Pharmacists and others depending on brand plan. Internal: District Sales Managers in-field team members Brand Plan stakeholders National Sales Managers Business Unit Managers Training Customer Excellence.
