Job Summary
Were looking for a Senior Business Analyst to help drive the evolution of our regulatory reporting platform within a fast-changing technology landscape. The ideal candidate combines strong financial knowledge with a technical mindset and enjoys turning complex requirements into scalable efficient solutions.
Youll be working closely with Finance Liquidity and Risk teams across regions to modernize systems streamline processes and deliver high-quality regulatory reporting capabilities.
Role and responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of regulatory reporting initiatives from design to production rollout
- Define and execute the transformation roadmap for the reporting architecture and workflows
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications aligned with strategic goals
- Partner with global teams to ensure consistency scalability and data integrity across platforms
- Evaluate and integrate new tools or technologies to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders to present architecture recommendations and solution proposals
- Manage project timelines risks and communication to ensure successful delivery
- Promote best practices in documentation governance and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications :
- At least 7 years of experience in financial services (banking broker-dealer or FBO)
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory reporting systems and industry standards
- Hands-on experience with Adenza / Axiom ControllerView (Nasdaq)
- Proven ability to manage complex projects or large-scale reporting transformations
- Strong background in business analysis data sourcing and application testing
- Expertise in financial products accounting principles and reporting frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical thinker with the ability to propose creative sustainable solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Business Accounting Finance or Information Technology
- Experience in accounting audit or data management within financial institutions
- Familiarity with Agile and SDLC methodologies
- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA HP ALM and SQL
