ABOUT THE ROLE

A rare opportunity for an Executive Assistant to sit as part of our Factorie leadership team supporting our GM during a pivotal chapter in our brand journey. This is a fixed term contract until October 2026.

Youll make impact by:

Managing a fast-paced ever-changing schedule with precision
Preparing reports coordinating high-level meetings and keeping priorities aligned
Anticipating needs and creating space for our GM and Leadership Teams to focus where it counts
Bringing structure thoughtfulness and follow-through to day-to-day operations
Being a trusted confidential partner

Proven experience supporting senior executives in a fast-moving high-growth environment
