Join Suncorps Technology & Operations team as a Cloud Governance Enablement Lead. Youll support the Cloud Governance Committee and enable Solution Architects and governance teams to manage workloads submissions and standards. A great sideways move for experienced Project Managers or Scrum Masters ready to influence cloud strategy.
This is initially a 6-month secondment with a strong likelihood to become permanent.
What Youll Do
Manage the Cloud Governance Committee (CGC) secretariat and submission pipeline aligned to risk and compliance standards.
Support Solution Architects and governance teams to document prioritise and manage workloads effectively.
Maintain key governance artefacts including the CGC Charter Cloud Hosting Framework and SharePoint knowledge base.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Risk Architecture Outsourcing Data Governance AI Safety and Security.
Deliver training and enablement support to Platform Technology Managers and business stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement across governance processes to enhance transparency and efficiency.
What Youll Bring
Experience leading large teams or programs as a Project Manager or Scrum Master ideally in agile or lean environments.
Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and influence across technical and governance domains.
Strong organisational skills with a proactive mindset and attention to detail.
Comfortable working with infrastructure technology and navigating regulatory frameworks like APRA CPS230.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic collaborative environment.
