Opportunities Will Include:
- Screening and hiring the most skilled and reliable caregivers and CNAs for our clients.
- Assisting with the hiring of administrative staff best suited for our companys growth and vision.
- Supervising a candidate through the early stages of the hiring process including scheduling and conducting interviews overseeing background checks and coordinating orientation classes.
- Recognizing that our field staff is our foundation and acting as a liaison between them and management to advocate for the most positive work environment.
- Creating and maintaining effective ads that best reflect the opportunities our company can offer employees.
- Engaging effectively with interested jobseekers through multiple social media and hiring platforms.
- Other challenging and necessary duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:
- High School graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required.
- 1 year experience recruiting preferred.
- Must have extensive knowledge in Word Excel Office 365.
