Job Title: Echo/Cardiac Sonographer
Location: Cincinnati OH 45219
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Pay Rate: From $59/hr

Job Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Echo/Cardiac Sonographer for an exciting job in Cincinnati OH.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform non-invasive vascular and/or echocardiographic testing
Follow established imaging protocols to produce high-quality studies
Obtain patient history and ensure proper documentation for each exam
Communicate effectively with patients families and healthcare staff
Collaborate with peers to maintain workflow and productivity
Schedule add-on and emergency exams efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and stock in assigned areas
Report equipment maintenance needs and operate equipment safely
Participate in quality control and departmental improvement initiatives
Stay current with testing protocols and continuing education requirements
Attend department meetings and contribute to team goals

Required:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively with hospital staff and technologists
Current knowledge of cardiac and/or vascular sonography technologies
Understanding of accreditation credentialing and QA procedures
Familiarity with DICOM standards imaging configuration and EMR systems

Required Education:

Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound training program
Continuing education as required by ARDMS CCI ICAVL ICAE

Required Certifications & Licensure:

One or more of the following:

ARDMS Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS)
ARDMS Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT)
CCI Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS)
CCI Registered Vascular Sonographer (RVS)
BLS certification (American Heart Association)
