Job Summary

- Perform professional carpet upholstery and tile & grout cleaning services.
- Operate truck-mounted and portable extraction equipment safely and effectively.
- Assist with water damage mitigation extraction and drying setup per IICRC standards.
- Conduct moisture readings and document work accurately.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and teammates.
- Maintain cleaning and restoration equipment ensuring cleanliness and readiness for the next job.
- Participate in rotating on-call schedule for emergency water loss response.
- Minimum 2 years of professional carpet/tile cleaning experience required.
- Experience or interest in water restoration work (IICRC certifications a plus).
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in various environments.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
