In this role you will lead the implementation of our Network Control Service strategy across the Americas (NAM & LAM) ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Youll be at the forefront of digital transformation in the energy sectordriving initiatives that enhance grid reliability optimize performance and accelerate the transition to renewable energy.

How Youll Make an Impact

  • Lead the execution of regional service strategies aligned with global objectives.
  • Drive financial performance and ensure profitability of the service portfolio.
  • Develop and mentor local service teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Oversee governance and compliance for all service activities.
  • Collaborate with global teams on planning forecasting and resource allocation.
  • Foster strong relationships with utility customers and key stakeholders.
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Represent the region in strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.
    Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Bachelors degree in engineering or related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years managing teams including experience leading managers.
  • 3 years experience with network control systems and utility operations.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver results in a complex matrixed environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Spanish/Portuguese) are a plus.
    Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
