Job Summary

This is a Part Time Fully Benefited position profiled at 32 hours per week.

Job Summary:

Responsible for the safe and efficient administration of the medication distribution system and the monitoring of therapy of the patients served. Shall be able to provide clinical drug information to meet the needs of the physicians nurses and patients.

Licensures/ Certifications:

Licensed by the State of Washington. Current American Heart Associations BLS/CPR certification card on hire or within orientation period.

Education and Training:

Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy.

Antimicrobial Stewardship experience preferred but not required.
