The Opportunity

As an Investigation and Risk Assessment Specialist youll play a pivotal role in protecting our community by managing and investigating concerning or threatening behaviour with professionalism empathy and precision.

What youll do:

  • Lead thorough investigations using evidence-based practices and procedural fairness.
  • Apply best-practice risk assessment strategies to identify and mitigate threats early.
  • Collaborate with experts across legal security counselling and residential services to develop tailored solutions.
  • Provide compassionate support and guidance to staff and students during challenging situations.
  • Drive awareness and resilience through presentations and resource development.

  • A degree in counselling social work or a related behavioural field or significant equivalent experience.
  • Strong investigative skills and knowledge of risk management principles.
