As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for defining and executing strategic growth initiativeswith the accounts assigned to you. This involves identifying newtechnologiesopportunities cultivating long-term relationships withexisting or newclients/partners and collaborating withinternalcross-functional teams to drive revenue and expand our market presenceand wallet share.
Key responsibilities:
- Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitive landscape pricing trends and customer needs to inform strategy.
- Develop and implement strategic business planswithidentifiedkey partnersto achieve company growth targets.
- Stakeholder Engagementand Enablement:
- Develop strong relationships withkeyvendorsandcustomers.
- Deliver training sales tools and support to partners for successful go-to-market execution.
Sales and lead generation:
- Generatenew salesleads and convert them into successful business opportunities.
- Prepare persuasive business proposals presentations and sales collateral.
- Track negotiate and closepipelines conscientiouslythat meet company guidelines and support revenue growth.
Internal collaboration:
- Work closely withinternalmarketingtechnical and product teams to create tailored strategies that address client needs and market demands.
- Provide feedback to internal teams to help improve products and service offerings.
Performance tracking and analysis:
- Monitor business development activities andanalysekey performance metrics and sales data.
- Report on performance and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure goals are met.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Min. Diploma orBachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Provenmin. 3 years ofexperience in business development sales or a similar commercial rolein IT Technology field
- Excellentcommunication negotiationpresentationand interpersonal skills.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills with the ability toproblem solvingresearch and interpret market dynamics.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiencywith CRM software and other business productivity tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of enterpriseITtechnologies and project-based selling.
