THE GREAT PAY
You will receive a competitive wage of $12 per hour. But thats not all! We also believe in rewarding your hard work and success. Thats why we offer a discretionary commission of $50 for every leased property.

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL
In this role you will dive headfirst into a variety of tasks that will keep you on your toes and make each day exciting. You will be the first point of contact for prospective tenants as you answer phone calls and emails always providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all inquiries are directed to the appropriate team member. Your role will also involve working leads to find the right renters for our properties.
You will be hands-on placing signs and lockboxes on published homes reviewing upcoming move-in dates completing move-in inspections and coordinating key pickups with new tenants. You will be at the forefront of our leasing efforts actively contributing to the growth and success of our real estate portfolio.
