Our Viticulture Graduate Program

Embark on a dynamic 24-month fully paid graduate program designed to provide you with hands-on experience across diverse growing climates and environments. Youll work alongside some of the industrys most experienced leaders gaining invaluable insights and mentorship.

This is an exciting opportunity for passionate and highly motivated graduates ready to grow their careers in viticulture with a global industry leader.

• Vintage Intake/Grape Supply

• Vineyard Operations

To ensure a well-rounded understanding of our operations the program also includes exposure to key areas of our broader supply chain such as Winery Operations Packaging and Warehousing.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the program you must:

• Be an Australian Citizen New Zealand Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident at the time of this application
• Attach your most recent university academic transcript along with your resume
• You can apply for the graduate program when youre in the final year of your degree or if you have completed an Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree within the past two years at the time of application
• Youll need to be available to start in January 2026
