Immediate Opening for an Inventory Clerk in Boyertown!
Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (flexible as needed)
Position Summary:
The Inventory Clerk will support daily operations within the tool room at a manufacturing facility. This role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory levels processing incoming materials and ensuring parts are organized available and tracked using the MaintainX system. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing inventory in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive verify and record incoming parts and materials in MaintainX software.
Put away and organize parts in the proper storage locations.
Track and order replacement parts as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
Collaborate with leadership to determine minimum order quantities before placing orders.
Perform routine cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
Maintain a clean organized and efficient tool room workspace.
Assist with resolving inventory discrepancies and improving inventory control processes.
Job Requirements
Proven experience managing inventory in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
Familiarity with inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
Comfortable with a mix of standing and sitting throughout the day.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
